	What is the HeliBright T5 Adapter? The HeliBright T5 Adapter comprises of three small electrical components that allow you to use modern, energy saving T5 fluorescent lamps in existing light fittings.
	Why should I switch to the new lamps? T5 lamps consume less energy, last longer and produce a better quality light with no flicker. Using the latest technology T5 lamps will reduce electricity bills, maintenance costs and improve working conditions.
	Why should I use The HeliBright T5 Adapter and not replace the entire lamp fitting? Replacing the entire light fitting will be expensive. The T5 Adapter allows you to enjoy all the benefits of T5 lamps without the costly replacement of existing light fittings.
	Can anyone install the HeliBright T5 Adapter? Yes if your light fitting has a starter. The process is not much different from changing the fluorescent lamp. Semi Resonant and Electronic HF fittings (neither have a starter) can still be converted but require wiring modifications carried out by a qualified electrician.
	Is the HeliBright T5 Adapter kit available outside of the UK The system is spreading rapidly across mainland Europe. We currently supply to wholesalers, contractors and end users in the UK, Ireland, Germany Spain and Italy.
	What are the environmental advantages of using HeliBright T5 Adapter? The system requires less power and therefore uses less electricity. T5 lamps last longer reducing the amount of waste material that is created.

	Why can I not install T5 fluorescent tubes in existing T8 fittings? The T5 fluorescent lamp is shorter in length and the connecting pins are different.
	Can The HeliBright T5 Adapter be used if there is already an electronic ballast installed in the fitting? Yes, The HeliBright T5 Adapter can be installed but needs to be carried out by an electrician as the existing electronic ballast needs to be disconnected.
	What is the average life time of a HeliBright T5 Adapter? The HeliBright T5 Adapter has been designed to last approx 50,000 hours.
	What does better quality of light mean? The colour rendering index ( CRI ) of T5 tubes is 85. CRI translated in common language means that T5 tubes are 85% closer to sunlight. Ideal if customers want to see what colour the item is that they are buying.
